## Pricing

$500 per role, plus 5% of first-year salary when you hire. The first role is free only for the first 10 design partners; everyone else pays the setup fee on their first role too. Fees are in USD. There is no subscription. Planned, not built yet: if a hire leaves within 90 days of their start date, a free replacement hire. It is a replacement, not a refund.

## How scoring works

- You build the scorecard: 4 to 6 skills, each with 4 written levels, weights 1 to 5, at least one must-have.
- Skills are scored as whole numbers from 1 to 4.
- Every score quotes the candidate's own words, with the time in the interview. No quote, no score.
- The overall is a weighted average you set, shown out of 4.
- You set the pass line, from 2.0 to 3.5.
- A must-have below 2 fails, whatever the average.
- A second AI model, from a different company, re-scores each interview without the candidate's name. When they disagree on a must-have, a person decides.
- A person on our team reviews every finalist packet before you see it. You choose who becomes a finalist. The hiring decision is yours.

## Trust and the integrity report

Interview rooms record signals such as leaving the window, pasting text, typing bursts, code that looks AI-copied and prompt-injection attempts. A person reads them. The integrity report never changes a score and never moves a candidate to another stage. It never scores emotion. Camera and gaze checks are building next. Crivello will publish false-flag rates for each signal, with the number of sessions behind each rate, on the Trust page. No rates are published yet.

## For candidates (AI interview notice)

- The AI interviewer tells you it is an AI at the start.
- Only the skills the company chose are assessed, and every score must quote your own words.
- Never assessed: name, gender, age, religion, caste, marital status, nationality, photo, or the prestige of your school or employer. Emotion and facial expressions are not scored.
- If your resume is screened out, you get a written reason and can reply to reach a person.
- You can ask for a person to interview you instead, ask a person to re-check your result, or ask for an accommodation.
- If you are not chosen, you get written feedback, checked by a person, in about 72 hours.
- Recordings are deleted 180 days after the interview, or sooner on request. You can see, download or delete your data.
