18:00 A hiring service for seed to Series A founders

Interviews at 11 pm. Evidence by breakfast.

We screen every applicant and run a 15-minute AI voice interview at their hour. You choose who goes through.

Agencies often charge 20%. You pay 5% when you hire, plus $500 per role.

Scroll to run the clock. Our aim for first finalists: about 5 days.

Ten minutes of chat. Your role goes live.

It drafts the job and scorecard. Nothing goes live until you approve.

One reason, as the candidate reads it

“This role needs production experience in Go or Java. Your resume shows neither.”
Sent automatically. Replying reaches a person.

Candidates interview at the hour they choose.

15 minutes, an AI voice, on camera. Anyone can ask for a person.

Example Intro, 06:12 in.

“A payment times out and the client retries. How do you charge once?”

A synthetic voice reads a sample answer.

Example night 26 interviews started by 05:00.

You meet the few worth your time.

Crivello is Italian for sieve. Follow the gold cube: that is Priya.

Fig 1 The CrivelloExample role

Example: the Crivello sieve machine. Three hoses carry applicants from your career page, Indeed and the posts you share into one hopper. 148 applied, 31 passed the resume sieve, 12 finished interviews, and you promoted 3 finalists, whose folders slide to your door. Priya, the gold cube, scored 3.5 out of 4 against a 3.0 pass line.

    3. Her role round, scored on the skills you set.
    4. A second AI model re-scores her without her name.
    5. Everyone screened out gets a reason, and can reply to a person.

All of it is in the $500Hire fee so far: $0

    Questions founders ask, answered plainly.

    Is the interviewer a person?

No. It’s an AI voice interviewer, and it says so first. Anyone can ask for a person; we email within 5 days to arrange one.

    Who decides who moves forward?

You do. Scores sort your list; a must-have below 2 fails whatever the average. You promote finalists and make the offer.

How soon will I see finalists?

We aim for about 5 days. It’s an aim, not a promise: if fewer than 20 applicants pass screening by day 3, you’re warned.

Do you find candidates for me?

No. You get a career page built for Google for Jobs, an Indeed-ready feed and ready-to-paste posts. Applicants come from those.

    What does the screen ignore?

Name, gender, age, religion, caste, marital status, nationality, photo, and school or employer prestige. Unclear cases are invited, not dropped.

    What happens after the intro?

A role round: coding, a written case, a design walkthrough or a sales role-play. The HR round is off unless you turn it on.

Has the scoring been audited for bias?

Not yet, and we won’t claim it until a published audit exists. Today: two scorers, a person when they disagree, a reason for every no.

    What does it cost?

$500 per role, plus 5% of first-year salary when you hire. If you don’t hire, there is no hire fee. No subscription, no seats.

    When am I billed?

The $500 when you open a role. The 5% is billed 60 days after your hire starts.

    Is the first role free?

Only for our first 10 design partners. Everyone else pays $500 for the first role too.

What if my hire leaves early?

Planned: a free replacement within 90 days. It isn’t built yet, and it isn’t a refund.

    Can I pay in INR?

Not yet. Payments are in USD for now.

    Can I use it today?

Not yet. Crivello is built and being tested. The sample packet above shows what you would get.

Want the arithmetic? How scoring works, with an example candidate worked through.
