Is Crivello an AI that decides who gets hired?
No. Crivello scores interviews and shows the evidence. A person on our team reviews every finalist packet. You choose who becomes a finalist and who you hire.
What languages are interviews in?
English. Hinglish answers are accepted.
What do you note during an interview?
Leaving the window, pasted text, AI-copied code and typing bursts. Each note is in testing. A person reads them. They never change a score. Read the integrity report →
Do you post jobs to LinkedIn or Indeed for me?
No. You get a hosted career page, an Indeed-ready feed and ready-to-paste posts. You post them.
Do you integrate with my ATS?
Not yet.
